A Tool for Survival

Séamus Fox is a poet and Clinton Kirkpatrick is a visual artist at Vault Artist Studios.

As part of Eastside Arts, the two invite you to join them for an evening of personal discussion between with spoken word, poetry, and a Q&A.
Séamus and Clinton have known each other for almost 20 years and, having recently reconnected, they have created a space to share their stories. Both creatives use their artistic practice to encourage conversations and to support others.

The evening will focus on the arts as a tool for survival, healing, connectedness and joy. Come and hear both artists delve into their own practice and lives, and share with everyone what it means to live in a world with creativity; how to process what it means to be human; and how the arts can be used as a supportive and helpful tool.

Séamus and Clinton will engage in thought-provoking, insightful, humorous and personal conversations.
