Esther is a founding member and former board member of Vault Artist Studios. With over 30 years of experience across the creative and arts sector, she brings a deep understanding of the importance of accessible studio spaces, artist-led organisations and creative communities in supporting the development and sustainability of artists’ lives and practices.

Esther supports VAS day-to-day operations and plays a key role in maintaining and developing the organisation’s artist-led ethos. Her work encompasses building operations, room bookings, studio facilities and supporting the practical needs of artists working within the VAS community. She helps ensure that the studios and shared spaces function effectively, while also contributing to the welcoming, collaborative and supportive environment that is central to the VAS identity.

Alongside her work with VAS, Esther maintains her own visual arts practice, working primarily in paint.
