Signwriting Workshop with Laura Nelson

Laura will share a range of traditional skills, tips and techniques to help get you started in the craft. We’ll look at essential materials including water and enamel paints. Old-school letter and pattern transfer techniques including pouncing and chalk. Then spend time practicing with specialist singwriters chisel brushes.

Laura will bring her own library along of all things text, lettering design and signpainting for participants to have a look through. Wear clothes that you don’t mind getting painty!
