'Threading Voices' short films
A series of five short films by Vault member Jonathan Brennan and commissioned by Belfast Buildings Trust will be screened in the Black Box Belfast in July.
The films focus on Carlisle Memorial, sharing stories on how the heritage associated with the iconic building is part of Belfast's enduring story today.
The Vault itself features, in the ‘Community’ themed film, while other films on the themes of Linen, Migration, Youth Culture and Architecture, bring in conversations with, among others: the Indian Community Centre; Anaka Women’s Collective; students at Queens and Ulster University; Beat Carnival; Linen Hall Library; Lagan Currachs; 174 Trust; La Roche House; RSUA; OGU; Hearth; and of course Belfast Buildings Trust itself.
