ART CAR BOOT FAIR

Calling all artists and arts organisations.

We have a new temporary building in the centre of Belfast and this building has a car park!

We had the idea to put on an Art Car Boot Fair on Sunday the 22nd of June and instead of this just being your regular pop-up market we want to try and push the car shaped boat out a little.

Think of this car boot fair as a cross between a festival and an art market where your car and pitch are yours to play with as you wish.

You can use your pitch to promote your arts org, to make crisp sarnies, set up a coconut shy, sell new original art, handmade lino prints, flog vintage clothes, turn your car into an art gallery or simply sell all the junk you have been collecting in your studio.

A pitch and car comes in at £50 for the day and does not include a table. This money covers the running of the event including stewards, DJs with any left overs going into the Vault vaults for future projects.

The event runs on the 22nd of June and the deadline for applications is Wednesday the 28th of May. As this is a quick turn around we plan to let applicants know if they have a pitch by Monday the 2nd of June. Link to the application form is here
