RAW – Vault in Focus

‘Vault Artist Studios’ is the largest provider of affordable studios in Northern Ireland. We are also the most diverse multi-disciplinary studio space in the north of Ireland, with two premises in Belfast City.

We have over 140 members: active, professional artists working across the visual and performing arts. Many of our members actively use lens-based components in their individual practices, and not just our photographers and filmmakers; also our printmakers, painters, signwriters, street artists and community artists; circus performers and puppeteers; sculptors; playwrights, performers and theatre practitioners; musicians and sound artists; weavers and textile artists.

This show brings together a broad range of approaches and media, some of which responds to the ‘Environment and Climate’ theme of this year’s Belfast Photo Festival, and all of which reflects our diverse and multidisciplinary ethos.
