Join Vault artist Ash for a relaxed introduction to the world of gelli printing as part of the Fleadh Festival! Using leaves, vegetables and other botanical materials, we’ll explore textures from the natural world and create prints inspired by local landscapes and green spaces.
Gelli printing is an accessible art-form using a flexible gel plate to create one-off mono-prints. We'll experiment with positive and negative shapes, layering colours and patterns to create unique art-works that you can take home on the day.
No previous experience needed. Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting paint on, and an a4 folder or envelope for your art!
