Beauty Sleep release 'The Whole Damn Cake' & headline Empire Music Hall

Beauty Sleep release their new album 'The Whole Damn Cake' on 17 October!

This album took the Derry duo five years to make as they went on a personal journey to figure out how to find 'Radical Happiness' for themselves (also a single title from this album) while writing songs along the way. The album is full of dreamy reflections, yearning and optimism and pure celebration of expression, life and joy with their trademark maximalist lush productions and catchy hooks that have had comparisons to New Order, Scissor Sisters and Tame Impala. Much of this album was recorded and mixed by Cheylene & Ryan in their studio in Vault Artist Studios, and they have recorded a lot of very fun music videos with Vault alumni too (check out: BIG + BAD, Radical Happiness, Send It Out To Sea).

'The Whole Damn Cake' is released via Alcopop! Records. You can buy it via their website on vinyl or CD and buy tickets to their upcoming album launch party on 20 November in The Empire in Belfast where they will put on a glittery, ridiculous performance where they embrace being 'too much' and showcase 'The Whole Damn Cake' with glitter, pop songs, guitar solos and (probably) some cake!
