In Memoriam—by Sinéad O'Neill-Nicholl

In Memoriam is a sound installation by Vault artist Sinéad O'Neill-Nicholl. The installation reflects themes of collective grief through manipulated sound compositions, providing space for quiet and considered reflection as a nod to the history of Carlisle Memorial and its former life as a church.

The installation will be informed and constructed by drawing on historic grief practices, particularly in Ireland, and will create a space of solace and introspection.
